ROB The service was exceptional. Terry, the owner, actually even gave me a free quote over the phone, which i know other companies would not. He was right on time for our scheduled appointment. He troubleshooted to find the entry of the rodents entering my unit that included moving the stove, looking under cabinets, inside closets, etc. I have not seen a mouse since his service. Brandon Nothing can ruin your day like finding out you have bed bugs!!! That said my reaction was a trip to Wal-Mart......sprays powder and week's of still itching and losing my mind.... My next step was Google exterminator's first I see Midwest! but bypass it because I have never heard of them next I call the national companys after talking to them I felt I could drop a ton of money and still maybe have bedbugs :( soooo I decided to call Midwest just to see. Terry sounded like he knew what he was talking about rite off the bat!!! he made me feel at ease and confident we could get ride of the bugs! So I set an appointment!
